On-site Analysis: For each full-service sale and installation, we will visit the site to assess the dimensions required. This service will generate a comprehensive quote for your approval.
Installation: Installation packages are included in the price of the flooring or window coverings. All installation is completed according to your availability. Installation prices vary according to product type. We will move your furniture and demo your current flooring or coverings and haul it away.
Returns & Exchanges: The product such as blinds and shutters that are custom-made to fit your personal specifications are non-refundable and non-returnable with the exception of warrantee repair.
Warrantees: Because we work with major manufactures our products carry a Warrantee to cover us both.
Our Installers: are hand picked and are licensed, insured and bonded through the State of California.
